These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cedarvique platform and website ("Platform") operated by Cedarvique Technologies Inc. ("Cedarvique", "we", "our" or "us"), registered in Canada. By submitting an access request or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Description
Cedarvique is a structured AI service that provides users with automated data analysis, structured insights and a guided digital workspace. The Platform is intended for informational and organisational purposes only. Cedarvique does not provide professional advice of any kind.
2. Access and Eligibility
Access to the Platform is granted following a review of your access request by the Cedarvique support team. Submission of a request does not guarantee access. You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request. You agree not to share your platform credentials with any other person.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
- Submit false, misleading or incomplete information through the Platform.
- Reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of Platform content without prior written permission from Cedarvique.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform without authorisation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software and materials on the Platform are the property of Cedarvique Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cedarvique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
6. No Professional Advice
The structured insights and automated analysis provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. You should exercise your own judgement and consult appropriate professionals before acting on any information provided by the Platform.
7. Termination
Cedarvique reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine that termination is necessary for the proper operation of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
